Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that shipping times may be impacted during holidays, product releases and sales events, which may extend up to 4-7 business days.

Please validate your shipping address at checkout. Once your order leaves our facility, delivery is handled by the carrier. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses, and reshipping fees will apply. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments, refused shipments, order cancellations, or returns/exchanges. 

Orders and Shipping Notifications

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your order is placed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking details to update and display correctly.

Please check all Junk and Spam email folders if you've not received an order or shipping confirmation.

Returns & Refunds

At this time, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted. 

However, we are happy to replace items that arrive damaged. Please contact olivegracepaperie@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery of damaged items.
